Self adhesive label or sticker is a carrier of information and design concepts that decorates your product enhancing final product appearance. 

Technically known as “Pressure Sensitive Labels” and are named after the type of adhesive that is used to make them. “Pressure Sensitive Adhesives” are tacky (sticky) in “normal” conditions, which means that they only require light pressure to be applied onto a surface. In other words, they are “self-adhesive” because the adhesive by itself is enough to allow a bond to form.

It may be a form of paper or plastic film. 

Our design team can optimize your existing artwork or custom-made an artwork from scratch with design concepts in line with your requirements. Existing artworks can be modified or recreated from a sample. 

Available enhancements include

• 1. Over print varnish, where a coat of varnish is applied on top of the label to result to a glossy finish. Application can be solid and spot coats.
• 2. Over lamination – applied to make your label more rigid and film glossy finish. 
• 3. Cold foil, a metallic finish or accent to your label design. Availble on Digital Press
• 4. Variable printing – number serialization, barcode, QR code or design variability across common design is possible. 

To provide you with material and adhesive that suits your application, we would require you to mention, where the label will be applied to,

• 1. Substrate surface - smooth, jagged, grainy
• 2. Temperature of label exposure
• 3. Chemical Exposure     

• Typical lead time is 7 to 10 business days for new orders and 3-5 business days for re-orders
